Impulse power supply 13V8

It's a switched back-up generator, intended for devices that require continuous operation. This type is known for its great effectiveness and less heating than a linear power supply generator. During regular activity it is connected to the power supply voltage, it supplies the device with energy and keeps the accumulator charged. In case of a power supply outage the generator switches to a back-up accumulator and ensures continuous operation of the device. Optical signalization and additional signalization outputs (one relay output and one supply output) are part of the generator and inform of its current state. These errors are signalized: loss of AC voltage, loss of voltage on the accumulator and voltage on the output. The generator is equipped with an accumulator protection that prevents deep discharge.  Protection against reversal of polarity of the accumulator is ensured by a reversible PTC fuse. It is possible to control voltage both on the appliance and on the accumulator with a potentiometre located on the board.
