ID Cards

We offer production of company, customer and club cards with direct print on dye-sublimation printers. One advantage of this method is great operativeness and possibility of printing small number of plastic cards with potential reprinting.

Full-color cards with blanket photograph are printed already from small volumes. Every card can have also name, number, address, photo, bar code on it.

Documents required for print

• documents for print must be PC-compatible (e.g. vector formats *.cdr (Corel 8 or 9) or *.ai, *eps (Adobe Illustrator 8.0)).
• Used logos must be in curves or bitmap images with minimum of 600 dpi resolution.
• Fonts must not be transformed to curves. If special font is used, font files must be supplied.
• By the direct dye-sublimation card print, page size corresponds to the size of print area.

Documents for personification (datafication)

Documents may be send in MS Excel format or text document(table). Every column should contain just one item, e.g. first name, last name. 
When photo is printed, you can bring it to our office or send it electronically. Digital photos must be minimum 300 dpi (by 1:1 print size) and trimmed or adjusted that they can be directly printed. Photos can be in JPEG, TIFF or BMP format. One column should contain photo file name.

Realization

After accepting printed sample (sample price is in the pricelist) and delivery of written order (fax, e-mail), order is printed within 2 weeks. By the print of chip cards, you should allow 1-3% waste and supply cards with a reserve. Cards for print must be absolutely clean, without fingerprints, not scratched and if possible in original case from the manufacturer, which prevents dust access.
